Designs
Are your designs manually digitized?
Yes ! all of our designs is manually digitized, to ensure the stitch quality, we do not use any sort of auto-digitizing procedures, meaning every our single design is carefully crafted with utmost attention down to the most minute details, each design always tested several time before released.
Can i resize the designs?
You may resize our designs in your embroidery editing software, but we do not recommend resizing more than 10-20% in either way in order to maintain the integrity of the design. We only guarantee the quality of the designs in the sizes we provide and test. but if you need to resize it just contact us, we are happy to do it for you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal , you can use your credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover to pay.
All payments are securely processed and we never store your account information.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
I'm sorry, NO. Due to the electronic nature of our product and it's ability to be reproduced, there are NO refunds or exchanges.
but if you have any problem with the designs file, we will try our best to help you.

What format are available from your designs?
Currently our designs coming with format DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PCS, PES, SEW, VP3, XXX all of them are in one single folder.
